Mahmoud Wafik Eltokhey is a Postdoctoral Fellow under the supervision of Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini at the Communication Theory Lab (CTL) in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). Education and Early Career Mahmoud Wafik Eltokhey received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Mansoura University, Egypt, in 2012 and 2016, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree in Optical Communications from École Centrale Marseille, France, in 2021. He was a Research Assistant with the Center for Photonics and Smart Materials
